Add .git-blame-ignore-revs to hide whitespace commits from git blame
To use this in your local repo clone, you will need to either run
`git blame --ignore-revs-file .git-blame-ignore-revs`
or set it permanently with
`git config blame.ignoreRevsFile .git-blame-ignore-revs`
