man: setting scroll deltas to 0 doesn't work (#75074)
6d47d33 disallows a zero value for horizontal/vertical scroll deltas but the man page wasn't updated. We've added separate toggles to enable/disable scrolling a few years ago, setting the distance to 0 is not recommended.
