Fix to depend on the (just-released) libdrm >= 2.4.22
With libdrm < 2.4.22, the compilation of xf86-video-intel would fail
due to an undefined DRM_MODE_CONNECTOR_eDP. We now ensure that a
sufficiently new libdrm is available before compiling.
