make: remove unneeded AM_V_GEN silent rule directive.
It happens to be in the middle of the script statement and cause this
incorrect output:
rm XCloseDevice.man && make
GEN XOpenDevice.3
/bin/bash: line 1: @echo: command not found
/bin/bash: line 2: @echo: command not found
