Remove duplicate commment
Simplify -j parsing
Use warnx() not errx() for illegal -j option so that usage() gets called.
When parsing -o don't go past the end of argv
Sync usage() with man page, use __progname and make it line up nicely
Based on a diff from Tobias Stoeckmann
