- reorganizes the installation setup instructions to be more coherent
with other installation notes, and a better place IMHO
- mentions that the 425e is supported, but only using a serial console
- reminds people to switch 400 models to HP-UX mode
- puts the note about the first cylinder reserved for bootblocks at a
better place
- a few style changes: less all caps messages, in particular
