Add `newer' gas balign/p2align/2bytes/4bytes.
Checked by me on i386, miod@ on m68k (LOTS of thanks). fgs@ was last seen trying it on sparc a long time ago. I know that sparcs are slow, but this is ridiculous. Nobody else moved, so 8-P
