Mop up ECP_NISTZ256_ASM and OPENSSL_NO_EC_NISTP_64_GCC_128 leftovers.
This is `unifdef -m -DOPENSSL_NO_EC_NISTP_64_GCC_128 -UECP_NISTZ256_ASM`
and some manual tidy up.
