since usb kthreads are run before / is mounted there is no longer any need

to set the flag on usb to get devices (eg, a keyboard which can be useful
if you boot with the -a flag) to attach early.

reenable ehci since devices are now attached after the controllers are
configured and no longer confused as to which one of them owns a device.
