Fix a couple of typos: devices are declared with "device", not "define".

For simple device attachment, the syntax
.Pp
-.Dl define device {}
+.Dl device devicename {}
.Pp
defines a simple device, with no locators.
If locators are necessary, they are specified as:
.Pp
-.Dl define device {[locator1 = default1], [locator2 = default2]}
+.Dl device devicename {[locator1 = default1], [locator2 = default2]}
.Pp
A device can also reference an attribute with locators.
This is in fact a dependency rule.
