Since we now know which keyboard type we are connected to:
- report the proper type to WSKBDIO_GTYPE.
- merge the LK201 and LK401 keymaps.
- if the keyboard is LK201, handle the compose key as the left alt key,
unless shifted, so that you can have both an alt and a compose key.
