Get rid of CLSIZE and all related stuff.
CLSIZE -> 1
CLBYTES -> PAGE_SIZE
OLOFSET -> PAGE_MASK
etc.
At the same time some archs needed some cleaning in vmparam.h so that
goes in at the same time.
