Tweak to allow groff -Tdvi -mandoc ... to work.
The mdoc macros were re-defining a font alias needed when dvi output
was selected. Note: due to groff dvi font limitiations -Tps produces
nicer printed material than -Tdvi when using the mandoc macros.
