Cleanup cn_pri. Change constants to more meaningful names, rather than
the hp300 related ones currently in use. CN_NORMAL becomes CN_LOWPRI,
CN_INTERNAL becomes CN_MIDPRI and CN_REMOTE becomes CN_HIGHPRI.
