- enable jumbo frames for adapters that support it.
- extend TX DMA mappings size from MCLBYTES to NFE_JBYTES.
- add initial (disabled) bits for interrupts mitigation.
- add initial (disabled) bits for h/w VLAN tagging.
- did some consistency tweaks while i'm here.
