Remove unnecessary lockmgr() archaism that was costing too much in terms
of panics and bugfixes. Access curproc directly, do not expect a process pointer as an argument. Should fix many "process context required" bugs. Incentive and okay millert@, okay marc@. Various testing, thanks.
