mixerctl.1:
- put SYNOPSIS in standard form
- -n does not make sense with -q
- adjust -width of option list
- sort options
- a clarity fix from snj att pobox dott com
mixerctl.c:
- fix spacing in usage()
- sync usage() with SYNOPSIS
