Remove quotes from arguement lists to for loops.
This applied to two type of dhcp option, "domain_name_servers" and
"routers".
This fixes the problem of seeing mutliple nameservers on one
nameserver line in resolv.conf. If anyone used multiple routers, then
it would fix this too.
