Only does that when adduser.conf doesn't exist or with the passing of -config_create + Scriptwork cleanup and prettying + Fix the manpage to use proper English and give examples and better docs in general. + Improve the bonehead question "Use passwords" to seem more intuitively meaningful. + Add support for multiple kinds of encryption with a default entry or a new -e flag (passwd.conf). TODO: Make adduser grok passwd.conf and add users for whom the encryption is different to it. + "and more..." see the manpage.
