Use disk_has() in the install.md script to replace all the various
"fdisk <disk> | grep <pattern>" commands greatly simplifying things.

MI function disklabel_autolayout() which now handles all aspects of
the disklabel auto-layout and autopartitioning case for the root disk.
Remove get_disklabel_template() and merge it with the new function.

pick binaries up must be compiled -static or at least in some safe
model for reuse. Since we now use distrib/special for those, we can
safely remove usr.bin and usr.sbin from this list.

In effect, this removes the "old" vndX nodes, and renames
the svndX nodes to vndX.
Old svndX nodes will still continue to work though, for now.
Cleanup accordingly.

since it makes a fairly decent template for fdisk -i. Change the procedure
that makes the rb600 installation miniroot image to use fdisk -i instead of
dd(1) to create the MBR for the image. Adjust the miniroot disk type in
/etc/disktab to the slightly different layout that fdisk -i creates.
