| Deal with GCC's dead code elimination being suboptimal. Modify splraise() to allow better optimization. Make cpl, ipending, and astpending volatile. Make sure interrupts are disabled before jumping to a resume point, to prevent races. Make FPU faults use INTRFASTEXIT, and remove INTREXIT.
