OpenBSD-MkTemp version 0.02

A simple wrapper for libc's mkstemps() and mkdtemp().  Provides perl
versions of those and mkstemp() that match those in File::Temp

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
