Invoking

with REFETCH=true
will try to fetch a version of with mismatched checksums off the OpenBSD
main archive site.

Configure the port.

directory (see SEPARATE_BUILD), runs ${SCRIPTDIR}/configure if it exists,
and runs whatever configuration methods are recorded in

FLAVORS and MULTI_PACKAGES.
