Sort Latin 8 keysyms by codepoints.
The overall chaos misled implementors into writing interval checks to
determine the case, but that doesn't work too well when lines aren't
sorted.
Sort performed by calling “sort -k 3” on the part between #ifdef
XK_LATIN8 and #endif.
