Add drivers for the RDC R6040 Ethernet chipset
and RDC R6040 Ethernet PHY. Written by Pyun YongHyeon for FreeBSD then ported to OpenBSD by me. Thanks once again to DMP for supplying hardware which made this possible. ok deraadt@
