- remove HP-IB.geometry which is not useful since a long time (since we put
real disklabels on HP-IB disks, actually) and will confuse mere mortals.
- install a gzipped version of bsd.rd, boots faster from network and not much
slower from local disk, and our bootloaders groks gzipped files since a very
long time already.
