Nuke undocumented long-deprecated and/or unsupported lease
fields 'hardware', 'alias', 'media', 'medium', 'ethernet'.
Also remove now-unused parse_ethernet().
Making these parsing failures will smoke out anybody with
leases or conf files from the last century.
