Replace nifty DBGPRINT() with a more familiar DPRINTF() and adjust
the formats to add in the __func__ and "\n" being magically added by
DBGPRINT(). Fixes a few botches by certain devs who assumed DBGPRINT()
must be just like DPRINTF.
