Use the real times returned by dkreadstat().
The use of FSHIFT and FSCALE need to be reviewed
in rpc.rstatd. Does the protocol specify a value
for these, or are they system dependant?
Currently we pass the kernel values back unmodified,
which is not what the protocol specifies. Check
sys/param.h and rpcsvc/rstat.x to see.
